I ordered two items that came on the same pallet. The first was a chair that came in a new box that had never been opened. The second came in a box that had holes, nearly collapsed and had been opened and taped back together. When I opened it, several wood pieces had been damaged and someone tried to restain it. Classy Home agreed to a small refund and to send me the missing parts.

I contacted The Classy home office and they promised to send me new parts to replace the damaged ones. I purchased from them a several times and they never let me down in product quality or service. I love shopping from the classy home cause they offer good discount and their delivery service is also very fast. Build a better bedroom with The Classy Home’s bedroom sets. These favored items are an easy way to add some elegance to a room without breaking the bank.
Delivery took a month longer than expected, but that was the fault of the delivery service. When something goes wrong with order or merchandise, they run away from responsibility. There are a ton of negative reviews about The Classy Home. I ordered furniture that had incorrect dimensions and it wasn't the same as advertised on their site. They want a restocking fee, shipping fee, and for me to pay to ship the chest back to them.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company and also with the Better Business Bureau. The Classy Home, name in itself suggests, how much we are eager and anxious to turn your ordinary looking home into classy home. BUY ELSEWHERE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION! I ordered a NEW TV console but Classy Home shipped me a REFURBISHED one instead.

People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. In fact, I'm planning to purchase our new dining table from there. The bed was beautiful sturdy and easy to assemble. I'm sure that I got it in the lowest price, if I had shop from somewhere else, I had to spend more than what I spent on the classy home. The best part about ordering furniture?
I wanted a refund but the company said I won't get a full refund. Never, never will I buy from Classy Furniture. Now I'm gonna have to use a card table for Thanksgiving.
I understand the damage was not caused by the business however the lack of communication was very disappointing. I will choose some other company for future business. I contacted twice via email to get an accurate delivery date and never received a reply. Tried numerous times to reach someone by phone but never was able to get through. Put on hold for more than 30 minutes several times. Customer service not responsive at all.

Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding. Product was delayed 3 weeks past original devilery date. I did get credit back for the damage to the piece even though I simply wanted a new piece. All communication was initiated by me and when asked to have someone call me back, all I would ever get was an email.
